- 1/2 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumber, red onion, and olives.
- Whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss until everything is well coated.
- Gently fold in crumbled feta cheese and chopped herbs.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
