- 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast

- 1/2 cup whole milk, warmed

- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- Blue frosting (store-bought or homemade)
- Cookie crumbles for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Combine warmed milk and yeast in a bowl. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Mix together the flour, sugar, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the yeast mixture, melted butter, and egg into the flour mixture.
- Knead the dough until it is soft.
- Place the dough in a warm area to rise for about 60 minutes, or until it doubles in size.
- Roll out the dough, spread the cinnamon sugar mixture, and roll it up tightly.
- Cut the rolled dough into individual pieces and place them in a baking dish.
- Let the rolls rise again for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake the rolls for 25-30 minutes until they are golden brown.
- Top the rolls with blue frosting and sprinkle cookie crumbles on top after cooling.
Notes
Make sure your milk is warm but not hot. Experiment with cinnamon or sugar amount in the filling to match your taste. Consider making a cream cheese frosting for thicker texture.
