Delicious snack bites made with creamy cottage cheese and topped with your favorite pizza toppings.

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup flour (whole wheat or all-purpose)
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup pizza sauce (for dipping)
- Toppings of your choice (pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, etc.)
Instructions
- Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, flour, egg, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well integrated.
- Form bites: Using your hands, form small balls or mounds of the mixture and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
- Add toppings: If desired, top each bite with your favorite toppings, such as pepperoni or chopped veggies.
- Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the bites are golden brown and firm to the touch.
- Cool slightly: Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the bites cool for a few minutes.
- Serve with sauce: Serve your Cottage Cheese Pizza Bites warm with pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
These bites can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
