- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- Olive oil or cooking spray for greasing the pan
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Whisk together the eggs and milk in a large bowl until well combined.
- Stir in the cottage cheese, chopped spinach, shredded cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder (if using).
- Grease a pie dish or quiche pan with olive oil or cooking spray.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the quiche is set and the top is golden.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
Store any leftover quiche in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze individual slices for up to 2 months.
