- 1½ pounds grass-fed ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1½ teaspoons paprika
- 1½ teaspoons chili powder
- 1¼ teaspoons garlic powder
- 1¼ teaspoons onion powder
- 2 medium avocados, sliced or cubed
- 24 ounces 2% cottage cheese
- Crushed red pepper flakes, optional
- Hot honey
Instructions
- Place the diced sweet potatoes into the air fryer basket. Mist lightly with avocado oil, sprinkle with ½ teaspoon of salt and the spices, then toss until evenly coated.
- Cook the sweet potatoes in the air fryer until tender and golden, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook while breaking it apart. Stir in all beef seasonings and continue cooking until fully browned.
- Divide the cooked sweet potatoes, seasoned beef, avocado, and cottage cheese evenly among serving bowls.
- Finish each bowl with crushed red pepper flakes and a drizzle of hot honey just before serving.
Notes
Let sweet potatoes marinate in spices for 30 minutes for extra flavor. Consider using Greek yogurt instead of cottage cheese for a different texture.
