A delicious and simple dish that combines all your favorite taco flavors in a warm, cheesy bake perfect for busy weeknights or gatherings.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup salsa con queso
- 3 (8-inch) flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease.
- Add taco seasoning and water to the beef; mix thoroughly until combined.
- Stir in salsa con queso until well blended.
- Spray an 8-inch round baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Layer one tortilla at the bottom of the pan, add 1/3 of the beef mixture, then sprinkle with 1/3 of the cheese. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
Notes
Serve with additional salsa, sour cream, or guacamole. Can be made vegetarian by substituting ground beef with black beans or lentils.
