Description

A comforting chicken pasta dish with creamy sauce and smoky flavor, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 chicken breasts or thighs
  • 8 oz pasta (like fettuccine or penne)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken pieces and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in the heavy cream and smoked paprika. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  7. Slice the chicken and place it on top of the pasta.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider marinating the chicken in your favorite seasonings before cooking. You can also add vegetables for more nutrition.
