- 2 chicken breasts or thighs
- 8 oz pasta (like fettuccine or penne)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the chicken pieces and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in the heavy cream and smoked paprika. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Slice the chicken and place it on top of the pasta.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider marinating the chicken in your favorite seasonings before cooking. You can also add vegetables for more nutrition.
