Ingredients

- 1 stick Unsalted Butter
- 3 cloves Garlic (Minced)
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley (Chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- Melt the unsalted butter in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream while stirring continuously.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until it melts and combines smoothly.
- Mix in the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust as needed.
- Remove the pan from heat and let it cool for a minute.
- Stir in some cooked ravioli to the sauce, if desired.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, gently warm on the stove over low heat, adding a splash of cream if it thickens too much.
