Description

A quick and delicious creamy sauce perfect for ravioli, made in just 15 minutes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 stick Unsalted Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic (Minced)
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley (Chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Melt the unsalted butter in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream while stirring continuously.
  4. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until it melts and combines smoothly.
  5. Mix in the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust as needed.
  6. Remove the pan from heat and let it cool for a minute.
  7. Stir in some cooked ravioli to the sauce, if desired.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, gently warm on the stove over low heat, adding a splash of cream if it thickens too much.
