Description

A delightful Mushroom Tortellini Alfredo combining creamy sauce, tender tortellini, and earthy mushrooms, perfect for busy weeknights or cozy weekends.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz cheese-filled tortellini
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté until they are golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce is smooth and thickened.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Toss the cooked tortellini in the sauce until well coated.
