- 1/2 cup Crushed Crackers (or breadcrumbs)
- 1/2 cup Butter (unsalted)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Mix together the Southern biscuit flour, buttermilk, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and butter shortening until a dough forms.
- Combine the lump crab, Cajun seasoning, mayonnaise, mustard, and crushed crackers in another bowl.
- Fold the crab mixture into the biscuit dough gently until just combined.
- Scoop the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
- Mix melted butter with lemon juice to create the zesty drizzle while baking.
- Drizzle the lemon mixture over the warm biscuits once out of the oven.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving, if desired.
