Description

Juicy and savory Crack Burgers, packed with flavors of beef, sour cream, ranch dressing, and crumbled bacon.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ lb ground chuck
  • 3 Tbsp sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp ranch dressing mix
  • â…“ cup cooked crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Hamburger buns
  • Toppings (lettuce, tomato, mustard, mayo)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar until combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 6 equal-sized patties with a slight dimple in the center.
  3. Grill the patties over medium heat until cooked to your desired doneness (130-160°F).
  4. Serve on hamburger buns with your choice of toppings.

Notes
