Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar until combined.
- Form the mixture into 6 equal-sized patties with a slight dimple in the center.
- Grill the patties over medium heat until cooked to your desired doneness (130-160°F).
- Serve on hamburger buns with your choice of toppings.
