Description

A delightful dish combining savory chicken with creamy brie cheese and tangy cranberry sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces brie cheese, cut into pieces
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Carefully cut a pocket into each chicken breast.
  3. Stuff each pocket with pieces of brie cheese and a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
  4. Season the outside of the chicken with salt and pepper.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  6. Sear each chicken breast for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Transfer the chicken breasts to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  8. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve warm.

Notes

Use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken is fully cooked. Internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C). Adjust the cranberry sauce to taste.
