Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup aged Romano cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons dried herbs (such as oregano or thyme)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and your choice of dried herbs.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Brown the chicken breasts in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  6. Remove from heat and sprinkle aged Romano cheese over the top of the chicken.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked and the cheese is melted and golden.

Notes
