- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and Cajun seasoning. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, then bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and combined. Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet and toss to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
