- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet, cooking until browned and cooked through. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir until combined, then add half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Mix until the cheeses have melted and the sauce is creamy.
- Combine the cooked rigatoni with the beef and sauce mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm and enjoy every cheesy bite!
