Description

A rich and comforting creamy chicken pasta dish that’s quick and simple to prepare, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh basil, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain it and set aside while we prepare the rest of the dish.
  2. Sauté the chicken in a large skillet with olive oil over medium heat until beautifully browned and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese until the cheese has melted and the sauce is creamy.
  6. Combine the cooked pasta and fresh spinach with the sauce, tossing to coat.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.

Notes

Serve with a side salad and garlic bread. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
