Description

Juicy chicken and ricotta meatballs in a creamy Alfredo sauce, perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • Pasta or zoodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the ground chicken, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Heat the Alfredo sauce over medium heat in a large skillet. Add the baked meatballs and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  6. Serve over pasta or zoodles, garnished with extra parsley.

Notes

Make sure not to overmix the meatball mixture to keep them tender. Adjust seasoning to your liking and consider adding Italian herbs for enhanced flavor.
