Instructions
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, continuously stirring until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
For best flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
