- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup of cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 cup of mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn, etc.)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or pasta for serving
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the ranch seasoning, cream of chicken soup, and milk until well combined.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crock pot.
- Add the mixed vegetables on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes or high for 240 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and stir to combine with the sauce and vegetables.
- Serve over cooked rice or pasta.
Notes
For extra creaminess, add more cream of chicken soup or cream cheese. You can substitute with your favorite vegetables or proteins.
