Description

A comforting dish featuring tender chicken breasts, rich ranch flavors, and mixed vegetables, cooked slowly in a crock pot for an effortless meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup of cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn, etc.)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or pasta for serving

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the ranch seasoning, cream of chicken soup, and milk until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crock pot.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes or high for 240 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Shred the chicken with two forks and stir to combine with the sauce and vegetables.
  7. Serve over cooked rice or pasta.

Notes

For extra creaminess, add more cream of chicken soup or cream cheese. You can substitute with your favorite vegetables or proteins.
