- 1 pound steak (such as sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 ounces pasta (any type you like)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Start by cooking the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak bites to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked to your desired doneness, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium. Add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Return the steak bites to the skillet and mix to coat in the sauce.
- Add the cooked pasta and toss to combine everything well.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For added freshness, serve with a side salad or garlic bread. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
