Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth.
  7. Combine the pasta with the shrimp and sauce, mixing well.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
