Description

Instructions

  1. Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  3. Stir in gochujang and cream, mixing until well blended.
  4. Add soy sauce and any vegetables you prefer, cooking until vegetables are tender.
  5. Add the cooked udon noodles to the pan and toss to coat in the sauce.
