Description

A delightful and refreshing cocktail with chocolate and mint flavors, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • â…“ cup creme de menthe (use extra for garnish)
  • â…“ cup creme de cocoa
  • 15 ice cubes (adjust quantity for desired thickness)
  • 6 cups vanilla ice cream (softened for easy blending)
  • Extra dash of creme de menthe (for garnish, optional)
  • Chocolate biscuit sticks or spoons (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Combine the creme de menthe, creme de cocoa, ice cubes, and half of the vanilla ice cream in a large blender. Pulse until well blended.
  2. Add the remaining ice cream and blend again until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Store the mixture in an airtight tupperware container and freeze until ready to serve.
  4. When ready to serve, scoop or pour the drink into four glasses and top with a dash of creme de menthe.
  5. Optionally, add chocolate biscuit sticks or spoons for serving.

Notes

For a thicker drink, add more ice cubes when blending. Adjust sweetness by varying the amounts of creme de menthe and creme de cocoa.
