Description

Delicious muffins that combine the rich texture of Greek yogurt with sweet chocolate chips, perfect for breakfast or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Whisk together the Greek yogurt, sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Let the muffins cool for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
