- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Whisk together the Greek yogurt, sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
