Description

A comforting dish featuring rich cream, savory ground beef, and tender fettuccine pasta, perfect for quick weeknight meals.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring well. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
  5. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta in the creamy sauce.
  7. Serve the Creamy Ground Beef Alfredo Pasta hot, garnished with fresh parsley for a pop of color.

Notes

For richer flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan. Add vegetables for extra nutrition and adjust garlic to taste.
