Description

Delightful truffles combining sweet and tangy lemon flavors with a creamy texture, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • a pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract, and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.
  2. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler. Let it cool slightly before adding it to the cream cheese mixture. Mix until well combined.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to firm it up.
  4. Scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  5. Roll the truffles in graham cracker crumbs to coat.
  6. Place the truffles on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate until firm.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy your creamy lemon truffles!

Notes

Make sure your cream cheese is well softened for easy mixing. Adjust the amount of lemon juice based on how tangy you want the truffles to be.
