Description

Delightful truffles bursting with citrus flavor, rich and creamy, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • Additional powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.
  2. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler. Once melted, mix them into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes or until firm enough to handle.
  4. Scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  5. Roll the balls in graham cracker crumbs and dust with additional powdered sugar if desired.
  6. Store the truffles in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Notes

Best served chilled and can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
