- 8 oz pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
- Garlic powder
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Once al dente, drain and set aside.
- Sauté the beef in a large skillet with a splash of olive oil over medium heat until it’s browned and cooked through.
- Add the can of Rotel tomatoes, with all the juices, and the heavy cream to the skillet. Stir to blend the flavors.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir well to coat in the sauce.
- Melt the shredded cheese until it’s just melted and creamy.
- Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste. Stir one last time.
- Serve hot, spooning into bowls.
