Description

A comforting and creamy pasta dish smothered in sun-dried tomato sauce, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (of your choice)
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil, chopped)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Protein of your choice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in a pot of salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sauté the sun-dried tomatoes for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine.
  5. Mix in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Stir in the capers and fresh dill, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce until well coated.
  8. Serve hot, adding your choice of protein if desired.

Notes
