- 1 (12 oz) can tuna, drained
- 1 small yellow onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon granulated white sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- â…› teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Place the chopped onion in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds.
- Add the drained tuna, sweet pickle relish, mayonnaise, sugar, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper into the bowl with the onions.
- Fold everything together until well blended.
- Serve as a spread on Pandesal or your favorite bread. Enjoy!
