Description

A tasty and easy-to-make tuna sandwich spread perfect for lunches, snacks, or light dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz) can tuna, drained
  • 1 small yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon granulated white sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • â…› teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the chopped onion in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds.
  2. Add the drained tuna, sweet pickle relish, mayonnaise, sugar, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper into the bowl with the onions.
  3. Fold everything together until well blended.
  4. Serve as a spread on Pandesal or your favorite bread. Enjoy!
