- 4 medium Potatoes
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Sour cream for topping
- Crispy bacon for topping
- Chives for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and dry the potatoes, then pierce them with a fork multiple times.
- Rub the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 35-40 minutes, or until tender.
- Remove the potatoes from the air fryer and let them cool slightly.
- Cut the potatoes open and top with sour cream, crispy bacon, and chives. Serve hot.
Notes
For extra crispiness, you can increase the cooking time by a few minutes and experiment with different seasonings like garlic powder or paprika.
