Description

Quick and delicious Air Fryer Baked Potatoes that are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, perfect for a side dish or main meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 medium Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Sour cream for topping
  • Crispy bacon for topping
  • Chives for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and dry the potatoes, then pierce them with a fork multiple times.
  3. Rub the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  4. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 35-40 minutes, or until tender.
  5. Remove the potatoes from the air fryer and let them cool slightly.
  6. Cut the potatoes open and top with sour cream, crispy bacon, and chives. Serve hot.
