- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into squares, about 3–4 inches each.
- Place a small amount of mozzarella cheese, a few pepperoni slices, and a teaspoon of pizza sauce in the center of each dough square.
- Fold the dough over to create a pocket, then seal the edges well by pressing them together.
- Lightly spray the rolls with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese if desired.
- Place the rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for about 8–10 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve your pizza rolls hot, accompanied by additional pizza sauce for dipping.
