Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl.
  3. Beat the eggs in another bowl.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.

  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
