Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Dip each cod fillet into the melted butter, ensuring it’s coated, and then dip it into the breadcrumb mixture for an even coat.
