Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dip each cod fillet into the melted butter, ensuring it’s coated, and then dip it into the breadcrumb mixture for an even coat.
- Place the coated fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle the fillets with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and the topping is golden brown.
