- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pizza sauce
- Additional toppings (e.g., pepperoni, bell peppers, onions)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the chicken mixture onto a pizza stone or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, shaping it into a pizza crust.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven, spread pizza sauce over the crust, and add your preferred toppings.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
For added flavor, feel free to mix in herbs or spices to the crust. Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
