- 12 wonton wrappers
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- Sour cream for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly spray a muffin tin with cooking spray. Press the wonton wrappers into the muffin tin to form cups. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until golden and crispy.
- In a skillet, cook the ground chicken over medium heat until browned.
- Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, green onions, garlic powder, and ginger. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Fill each wonton cup with the chicken mixture.
- Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and cheese.
- Serve warm with sour cream on the side.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can add chili powder or cayenne pepper to the chicken mixture. Avoid microwaving leftovers to keep the wrappers crispy.
