- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed cotton candy
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- Oil for frying
- Cotton candy-flavored candy melts
- Additional crushed cotton candy for garnish
Instructions
- Mix the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and crushed cotton candy until smooth.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes.
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
- Add the eggs gradually, stirring until a dough forms.
- Remove the chilled filling and take a small amount of dough, flatten it, and place a spoonful of filling in the center.
- Wrap the dough around the filling, sealing it well.
- Roll the filled dough into a ball shape and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
- Chill the bombs in the freezer for about 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the bombs in batches for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
- Coat each cheesecake bomb in melted candy melts.
- Garnish with crushed cotton candy before the coating sets.
- Enjoy your crispy creations after allowing the coating to harden!
