Description

Delightful treats that combine cheesecake flavors with the fun of cotton candy, perfect for parties and celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed cotton candy
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • Oil for frying
  • Cotton candy-flavored candy melts
  • Additional crushed cotton candy for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and crushed cotton candy until smooth.
  2. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes.
  3. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
  4. Add the eggs gradually, stirring until a dough forms.
  5. Remove the chilled filling and take a small amount of dough, flatten it, and place a spoonful of filling in the center.
  6. Wrap the dough around the filling, sealing it well.
  7. Roll the filled dough into a ball shape and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
  8. Chill the bombs in the freezer for about 15 minutes.
  9. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  10. Fry the bombs in batches for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
  11. Coat each cheesecake bomb in melted candy melts.
  12. Garnish with crushed cotton candy before the coating sets.
  13. Enjoy your crispy creations after allowing the coating to harden!

Notes

For best results, ensure cream cheese is fully softened. Use a candy thermometer to check oil temperature.
