Instructions
- Start by finely dicing the yellow onions and place them in a large bowl.
- Mix together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in another bowl.
- Add the milk gradually to the dry ingredients, stirring until the mixture is smooth.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- Once the oil is hot, take a spoonful of the onion mixture and carefully drop it into the hot oil. Fry for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove the onion balls from the oil and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
