Ingredients
- Cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- All-purpose flour
- Eggs
- Breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Cut cheese into bite-sized pieces.
- Set up a breading station: place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with salt and pepper in a third.
- Dip each cheese piece in flour, then eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the cheese bites until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
