- 2 cups pretzels, crushed
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Honey mustard sauce for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off the excess.
- Dip them into the beaten eggs, allowing excess to drip off.
- Coat each piece in the crushed pretzels, pressing the pretzels onto the chicken to adhere.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook each chicken breast for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve with honey mustard sauce.
Notes
For a healthier option, bake the chicken entirely instead of frying. Try different spices in the flour mixture for custom flavors.
