Description

A comforting Crock Pot Cube Steak recipe, combining tender steak with creamy mushroom gravy, perfect for busy weeknights or lazy Sundays.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cube steaks
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Rice or mashed potatoes for serving

Instructions

  1. Layer the onions: Place the sliced onion in the bottom of the crock pot.
  2. Season the steaks: Season the cube steaks with salt and pepper, then place on top of the onions.
  3. Create the mushroom gravy: Mix cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce together, and pour over the steaks.
  4. Set and forget: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until fork-tender.
  5. Serve and enjoy: Serve the cube steak and gravy over rice or mashed potatoes.
