A creamy and delicious chicken dish with broccoli and cheddar cheese, made in a slow cooker. Perfect for busy days!
Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breasts
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add the broccoli florets on top of the chicken.
- Mix the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken and broccoli.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-420 minutes or high for 180-240 minutes.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese during the last 30 minutes of cooking until melted.
- Serve warm.
Notes
For better flavor, add herbs like thyme or oregano. For a thicker sauce, use cornstarch in the last 30 minutes of cooking.
