- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 cans (15 ounces each) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Sauté the ground beef with the chopped onion and minced garlic over medium heat until browned, then drain excess fat.
- Transfer the cooked meat mixture to your crockpot.
- Add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, and elbow macaroni to the crockpot. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir everything together to combine, ensuring the pasta is submerged in the sauce.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until pasta is tender.
- Stir in shredded cheese just before serving, if desired.
Notes
