Description

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs steak (such as sirloin or chuck)
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the steak with salt and pepper.
