Ingredients

- 1 cup nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts)
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup nut butter (e.g., peanut butter, almond butter)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, nuts, and salt.
- In a small saucepan, melt the honey (or maple syrup) and nut butter together over low heat until smooth. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture over the dry ingredients and stir to combine. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool completely before cutting into bars. Enjoy!
