- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 bag (8-10 oz) shredded romaine
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- 1/2 cup quartered cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons minced pickles
- 2 teaspoons pickle juice
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the lean ground beef. Sauté for 7-10 minutes until browned and fragrant, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional minute for the spices to activate their flavors.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, ketchup, yellow mustard, minced pickles, pickle juice, smoked paprika, and sugar until creamy and well blended.
- In three bowls, layer the shredded romaine first. Top with the sautéed beef mixture, followed by shredded cheddar cheese, diced pickles, diced onions, and quartered cherry tomatoes.
- Generously pour your creamy dressing over each bowl, making sure to coat every colorful layer for maximum flavor.
