- 1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade mix)
- 2/3 cup water
- 2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
- 1 cup black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 cup corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)
- 1 avocado (diced)
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tomato (diced)

Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and fragrant, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess grease.
- Sprinkle in the taco seasoning and pour in the water. Stir well and simmer for 5-10 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Create a base in serving bowls with cooked rice, black beans, and corn.
- Spoon the seasoned meat generously over the rice, then add fresh lettuce, diced tomatoes, avocado, and shredded cheese.
- Add a dollop of sour cream and salsa to each bowl. Garnish with cilantro.
