Description

A delightful homemade pistachio pudding that combines nutty flavors with creamy texture, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Pistachio Meat
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3 tablespoons Cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Combine the pistachio meat and 1 cup of milk in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the remaining 1 cup of milk, sugar, and cornstarch into a medium saucepan. Whisk until well mixed.
  3. Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it begins to thicken.
  4. Reduce the heat and mix in the pistachio blend and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
  5. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  6. Pour the pudding into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Can be garnished with chopped pistachios, whipped cream, or a sprig of mint. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
