Description

A creamy and simple appetizer that brings the comforting flavors of deviled eggs without the hassle.


Ingredients

  • 6 Hard-Boiled Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon White Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Chives
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions

  1. Start by peeling the hard-boiled eggs and placing them in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mash the eggs with a fork until they are mostly smooth.
  3. Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and white vinegar. Mix everything together until well combined.
  4. Stir in the chives and paprika, reserving a little paprika for garnish.
  5. Taste the dip and adjust seasoning if needed.
  6. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and sprinkle with the reserved paprika for a pop of color.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving to enhance the flavors.
