Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
- Brush the butter mixture all over the loaf of bread, ensuring even coverage.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the buttered bread.
- Sprinkle dried parsley over the cheese for added flavor and color.
- Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
