Description

Delicious and gooey cheesy garlic breadsticks, perfect for dipping or as a side dish.


Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
  3. Brush the butter mixture all over the loaf of bread, ensuring even coverage.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the buttered bread.
  5. Sprinkle dried parsley over the cheese for added flavor and color.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Slice the bread into sticks and serve warm.
